Minichamp 2018 catalog – quick look inside
Following on from my last post looking back on 2017 diecast re-sales, Minichamps have this week released their anticipated annual catalogue for 2018. On the F1 front, other than the 2017 season cars, there’s not a lot of new cars that were not already previewed in the 2017 catalog. Some notable F1 cars though are:
- Michael Schumacher 25th anniversary collection aside from the Benetton Ford B192 Spa maiden win 1:43 scale and Jordan Ford 191 Spa 1991 in 1:43 & 1:18 are some of Michael’s test cars including the Ligier Renault JS39B Estoril 1994 test car 1:43 and Sauber Ferrari C16 1997 Fiorano in 1:43 and son Mick’s demo run in the Benetton Ford B194 at Spa 2017 in 1:43. These are all resin models.
- McLaren MP41/C Stefan Bellof Silverstone test 1983 in 1:18
- Jordan Ford 191 John Watson Silverstone test 1990 in 1:43 & 1:18
- Jordan Ford 191 Bertrandt Gachot Paul Ricard test 1991 in 1:43 & 1:18
- Rosberg/Piquet taxi Williams Honda FW11 1986 German GP
- Auto Union Type C’s for Stuck, Varzi & Rosemeyer 1936 (including driver figures)
